Simply Right-Click on the above links and click 'Save Target As...' and save each file to \sims\GameData\Skins folder to use. The 'Save as type' is set to 'All Files' NOT 'Text Document'.

So if you installed the sims to C:\Maxis\sims you need to save these files to C:\Maxis\sims\GameData\Skins.

To find where you installed the sims go to the start menu, click search for files and search for sims.exe
